Wendy Hart Bruce
Professional Experience
I have worked in the real estate profession since moving to Greenwood in 1993. Prior to that, my background was in accounting and marketing. I am a member of the Association of REALTORS® and Multiple Listing Service and actively serve on several local committees and the MLS Board of Directors. I was named President's Honor Award recipient for 2005.
Educational Background
I graduated from Irmo High School in Irmo, SC and Francis Marion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing and a minor in Economics. I am also a graduate of Wyatt Institute of Real Estate and Fortune School of Real Estate. I earned designations of Graduate, REALTORS® Institute (GRI) and e-PRO.
The Personal Side
I have two sons, Dylan and Logan and one dog, a Shih-Tzu named Hollywood. We live on Lake Greenwood, where we spend lots of time water skiing, wakeboarding and swimming.
